didn't bring my camera tonight because the mezz website strictly said "no recording devices of any kind." turns out they weren't too strict on that. i <3 small venues though. probably could have touched robin thicke's hand if we were two feet closer.

first act was songwriter turned singer keri hilson. she was alright, but thicke was HIGH energy. i swear he was drenched in sweat after starting off with "magic" and "wanna love u girl."

one of my favorite parts was when he got on the piano and practically everyone in the joint began singing along, "i wish i could change, i wish i could change..."
then he stopped and said, "hold up, hold up a second. let me hear you make some noise if you're complicated." haha

unfortunately, an unexpected mishap cut the night short for us, and we ended up leaving early. overall a gooooood show. can't wait for his album to drop in a few weeks.
